Mi piacerebbe trattare di un argomento significativo che non riguarda il tarocco inteso come cartomanzia, ma contraffazioni sul mercato vinicolo, che da un pò di tempo riguardano aziende note in Toscana ma non solo. Diversi vini sono stati accusati di essere stati taroccati dalle stesse aziende produttrici, sottoposte a relative inchieste e ad avvisi di garanzie. Le indagini da parte della Guardia di Finanza hanno messo in luce che un’enorme quantità di vini da taglio è stata miscelata a dei vini di bassissima qualità, poi rivenduti sul mercato con denominazioni di pregio. Vino taroccato che ad oggi ha contribuito ad aggravare la sussistente crisi economica ed ha distrutto un’eredità affermata attraverso una falsa qualità. Con quanto detto non possiamo però condannare tutti perchè per fortuna esiste ancora chi pratica il proprio lavoro con passione, piacere e trasparenza. Tutte le aziende come la nostra, Fattoria di Certignano, hanno il dovere di portare sulla tavola dei consumatori il vino che loro stessi hanno sulla propria, facendo il proprio lavoro con serietà e rispettando le regole.
