DAILY AND WEEKLY PRICES FOR APARTMENT

Holiday periods like Easter, April 25th, May 1st, Christmas and New Year are considered high season.

SERVICES TO PAYEMENT:

-Walks around the farm
-Wine Tastings (6 euros per person: 3 wines + tipical products)
-Heating (40 euro per day per person)
-Cleaning (20 euros per person per week)
-Breakfast (only on request  is 5 euro per person)
-additional bed (15 euro per day)

Deposit: when we confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of 30% of the cost of staying

Balance: the 70% will be paid by cash or by credit card upon arrival

Send notification of payment via fax to 055-969274 or e-mail info@certignano.it (the booking is confirmed only when we receive the notification)

When you arrive you must deposit 100 euro for any damage, which will be returned upon departure

Check in: after 15 pm
Check out: before 12 am

CANCELLATION PENALITIES

Cancellation must be made by fax or e-mail

-Up to 30 days before arrival: 10% of the deposi twill be retained
-From 29 to 15 days before: 30%
-From 14 to 5 days before: 50%
-From 4 days to the arrival: 100%
