Tokyo speaks italian wine…

Were concluded recently in Tokyo three major events for wine. The exhibition “Cellar d’Autore” highlighted the architecture and history of some of the finest wineries of Italy, the presentation of a selection of wines from the Institute of Italian Wine Quality, ending with the Vinitaly Japan, organized by three Italian companies. This was a milestone for our Italian wine, from the time when Japan is the first Asian country for wine consumption, including a large percentage of our own. During this major event has been told the participants that Italian wine is a wine very complex and for this we need professional people who can spread the culture of our wine. Despite the current crisis on our wine, the prospects look good for the future. In fact Japan has already been noted that wine consumption will grow even further and a study on the trend of the last five years has been seen that the proportion of Italian wine market has exceeded that of France. Not only wine but also the Italian oil has been a subject much discussed at Vinitaly, since the amount of Italian oil that is imported into Japan already exceeds 50%. The Italian oil has spread a little around the world bringing with them the culture of the Italian table.
